We try to give you plenty of time to review a session request submitted by a client. However, to respect a client's time and provide a positive experience, the app will automatically cancel a session request depending on when a request is sent by a client and the start time of the requested session.The response clock begins when a client submits.
If a session start time is within 12 hours from now: You have up until 30 minutes before the start time of the session to accept. Otherwise, the session will automatically decline.
For example: If it’s Sunday at 9:00 AM and a client requested a session for the same day at 6:00 PM, you have up until 5:30 PM to accept.
If a session start time is between 12 to 48 Hours from now: You have 8 hours to accept. Otherwise the session will automatically decline.
For example: If it’s Friday at 12:00 PM and you requested a session for a time for Saturday at 12:00 PM, you have until 8:00 PM on the Friday to accept.
If a session is more than 48 hours from now: You have 24 hours to accept.
- For example: If it’s Sunday at 7:30 PM and you requested a session for Tuesday at 7:30 PM, you have until the following day (Monday) at 7:30 PM to accept.
