To set up your payout settings, please follow the following steps:
- Login to your host account and navigate to your "me" are of the app
- Tap "Payouts"
- Tap "Begin Setup"
- You'll be navigated to the "Personal Information" form for you to complete.
- You'll need to provide your legal First/Last Name, Address, Social Insurance Number (For Hosts in Canada) or Social Security Number (For U.S Hosts)
- After completing the personal information form, tap "Submit for Setup". This will send the personal information to Stripe to commence setting up your payout settings.
- Tap "Identity Verification" for you to upload a government issued ID such as a driver's licence. Please upload an image less than 8 MB.
- Tap "Submit for Setup"
- Tap "Payout Destination" for you to set up where you'd like earnings transferred to by us.
- For Canada Hosts: You'll need your Transit #, Institution #, Account
- For U.S Hosts : You''ll need your Account # and Routing #
- Tap the confirmation of the agreement
- Tap "Submit for Setup"
Once you've followed the above, your payout information you provided will be safely transferred to Stripe for setup. If successful, the "Setup Status" that appears in the the Payouts page will display as "Successfully Setup". If there are errors, you will be notified on screen. Please note Stripe is the payment processor who processes the setup.
