If you know you will be arriving late to your confirmed session, please contact your client as soon as possible. To contact your client
- Navigating to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Call Client". This will bring up a method to contact your client.
If you are unable to reach your client by phone, try to leave a text message or leave a voicemail letting them know you will be late.
Since being late cuts into their session time, please be courteous and extend the session time to make up for the lost time. Use your judgement to be able to offer a way to make it up to them.
