- You must cancel more than 48 hours before the start time of a session to get a full refund.
- You must cancels within 48 hours, before the start time of a session, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- If your host cancels at any time, you're provided with a full refund.
- If our staff at Sessionz has to cancel due to natural disasters, sever whether that can be harmful to outdoor activities and other critical reasons, a client must contact us to perform this cancellation on their behalf. This may result in a full refund and it is at the discretion of our staff to provide best judgement that is fair to you and the host.
