Sessionz allows hosts to pre-define the location of a session as part of their listing's set up. The reason for this is to give clients the idea of the general location of where the session is going to take place. People often sort through sessions in the app that is nearest to them. After learning about you, the location may be the next thing that influences them to book!
If the location of the session needs to be changed after you've accepted a client's request, please contact your client as soon as possible so that they are OK with it. Given you've changed the location on your client after accepting their request, it is at your client's discretion whether they would still like to proceed with the session. To contact your client
- Login to your host account on the app
- Navigate to the confirmed session
- Tap "Contact Host"
You'll be provided with a method to call your client. Leave a voicemail message or leave a text message if your client is not reachable.
If your client is not comfortable with the new location, please offer to cancel the session on their behalf so that they're provided a full refund.
