If your client cancelled within 48 hours before the start time of a session, you get to keep your earnings.
If your client cancelled more than 48 hours before the start time of a session, they will be provided a full refund and no earnings are made.
If your client cancels their confirmed booking, we’ll notify you and automatically unblock the dates on your calendar so that you can host other clients.
