Sessionz is FREE to download and use and there are no membership fees for host accounts.
Hosts are only charged a small commission fee on every confirmed booking. The commission is automatically deducted in your payouts. If you cancel a confirmed booking, you won't make any earnings from this cancelled booking so there is nothing there to deduct.
