Yes! We wanted to make things fair for clients but also for you as the host. We know that last minute cancellation mean losing business.
- Your client must cancel more than 48 hours before the confirmed start time of a session to get a full refund. You won't be making any earnings if they do so.
- If your client cancels within 48 hours of the confirmed start time, it's non refundable for them and you get to keep the session earnings
- If you cancel at any time, the client is provided a full refund and you won't be making any earnings.
- If our staff at Sessionz has to cancel due to natural disasters, sever whether that can be harmful to outdoor activities and other critical reasons, a client must contact us to perform this cancellation on their behalf. This may result in a full refund and it is at the discretion of our staff to provide best judgement that is fair to you and the host.
