In certain circumstances, a host may need to cancel a confirmed booking. If your host happens to cancel, you will be provided a full refund.
To learn why the host cancelled,
- Login to your client account in the app
- Tap "sessionz"
- Navigate to the "CLOSED" area
- Find the session that was cancelled. The reason for cancelling will be displayed
