At Sessionz, we understand the importance of reliable session details, including the location. Hosts are responsible for accurately specifying the location during the listing process to provide you with the necessary information when making a booking or registering for an event.
If, after your session request has been accepted, your host changes the location, you have two options:

Proceed with the session: If you are comfortable with the new location and have been informed by your host about the change, you can choose to continue with the session as planned. In this case, kindly communicate with your host and confirm your agreement to the revised location.

Cancel the confirmed session: If the change of location is not suitable for you or causes inconvenience, you have the option to cancel the confirmed session. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of the session, please contact us at support@sessionz.com, and we will provide you with a full refund.
It's important to note that hosts are not permitted to change the location of an event once at least one person has registered for it. This policy ensures that session details remain consistent for all participants.
