Maintain transparency and protection: Booking through the Sessionz app enables you to submit help requests if any issues arise, allowing us to assist you with refunds or credits if necessary. By booking outside of Sessionz, you may not have the same level of protection and assistance.

Report any coercion or threats: If your host insists on booking outside of Sessionz or threatens to only allow bookings outside the app, please notify us immediately. Follow these steps to send a help message:
- Log into the app and navigate to the "me" section.
- Tap on "Help."
- Provide the name of your host and explain the situation.
- Tap on "Send" to submit your message.
