If you know you will be arriving late to your confirmed session, please contact your host as soon as possible. To contact your host
- Navigating to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Call Host". This will bring up a method to contact your host.
If you are unable to reach your host by phone, try to leave a text message or leave a voicemail letting them know you will be late.
Since being late cuts into your session time, please be advised that the host is not obligated to extend the session time to make up for the lost time.
