At the present time, a client is not able to contact a host if they do not have a confirmed booking. We plan on introducing private in-app messaging in a future release.
Until then, clients with a confirmed booking can contact their host by
- Navigating to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Call Host". This will bring up a method to contact your host.
If you are unable to reach your host by phone, try to leave a text message or leave a voicemail letting them know you will be late.
