If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, you have a couple of options depending on the timing:

Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your scheduled time: Contact your host
- Open the Sessionz app and navigate to your confirmed session.
- Tap on "Call Host" to get in touch with your host. If you are unable to reach them by phone, you can try leaving a text message or voicemail explaining that you need to reschedule.
- If your host agrees to the rescheduling, they can cancel the session from their end to ensure you won't be charged for cancelling within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling more than 48 hours before your scheduled time: Cancel and book again
- Open the Sessionz app and go to your confirmed session.
- Tap on "Cancel Session" and confirm by selecting "Yes, Cancel Request."
- Once you have canceled the session, find the canceled session in your app and tap on "Request to book again."
- Look for an available time slot that fits your needs and submit the booking request.
- Once the host accepts your request, your session will be successfully rescheduled.
Please note that the availability of rescheduling depends on the host's flexibility and the specific circumstances. It's important to communicate with your host and make sure they agree to the rescheduling.
