If you want to reschedule a confirmed session, here are a few options:
Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your scheduled time? Contact your Host
- Navigate to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Call Host". This will bring up a method to contact your host. If you are unable to reach your host by phone, try to leave a text message or leave a voicemail letting them know you want to reschedule.
If the host is OK with it, the host will cancel from their end so that you don't get charged for cancelling if the session is within 48 hours before your schedule session.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours before your scheduled time? Cancel and book again
- Navigate to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Cancel Session" and confirm by tapping "Yes, Cancel Request"
- Once you've cancelled, find the cancelled session and tap "Request to book again"
- Find an available time that fits your needs and submit the request.
- Upon acceptance by the host, you've rescheduled your session.
