Booking a session through the Sessionz app offers a convenient and safe way to reserve time with a host. If your host wants you to book outside Sessionz, you have the option to, however for peace of mind, safety, planning and tracking purposes, we recommend that you inform your host that you would rather book through Sessionz.
If you choose to book time with a host outside the Sessionz app and you encounter a negative experience, you won't be able to submit any help to allow us to provide you with any refunds or credit.
If your host forces you or threatens to only allow bookings outside of Sessionz, please let us know by sending a help message by:
- Logging into the app and navigating to the "me" area of the app
- Tap "Help"
- Let us know the name of your host and explain the situation
- Tap "Send"
