We inform hosts the importance of being punctual to confirmed sessions that are scheduled. However, being late can also happen to anyone. There are a few things you can do if your host is running late or did not show up:
Call Your Host
- Navigating to your confirmed session on the app
- Tap "Call Host".
This will bring up a method to contact your host. If you are able to reach your host and they confirm they are running late, please try to understand their situation and wait for your host to arrive.
Host Didn't Show Up?
If your host did not show up to a confirmed session that are scheduled, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will follow up with the host and we will make sure your session fees are refunded.
