If a session is going longer than scheduled or planned that is impacting your time, please try to be patient and understand why the host decided to extend a session that is cutting into yours. Most times, the host will also make up for the lost time by offering you additional time.
If you have a busy schedule and don't have time to wait, please make your host know of this and explain that you're requesting them to cancel the booking so that you're awarded a full refund.
If your host does not want to cancel from their end, please reach out to us within 3 hours after a completed session and we'll gladly assist with reaching a resolution which may lead to a full refund. To report this experience, please
