If your host is conducting a session against the description of the session details and you're not happy, you have two options
- Politely end the session and submit a help message to us
- Continue with the session until the end then submit a help message to us
To send a help message to our team:
- Login to you client account
- Navigate to "me",
- Tap "Help" and indicate the name of the session, describe what you experienced and be sure to include the name of your host in the message box.
- Tap "Send"
