Sessionz allows hosts to define the location of a session so that it shows up in the session details. The reason for this is to give you a sense of the general location of where the session is going to take place. Knowing the location ahead of time may have influenced you to book in the first place.
Since you've booked in agreement with the details of the session, the host should abide by these terms (including where the location being planned on taking place).
If your host changes the location of the session after they have accepted your session request, you have two options:
- Continue with the session: If you're OK with the change of location after being contacted by your host, proceed with the session with your host.
OR - Cancel the confirmed session: If you're cancelling within 48 hours, please contact us and we'll provide a full refund.
